How to get relief from Nerve Pain :
Here, we are going to discuss the serious issue faced by
people very easily. That is nerve pain. Now lets start the discussion and stay
tuned with me till the end to know how to get relief from nerve pain.
What is Nerve Pain :
The pain that follows the path of a nerve, that is called
Nerve pain. Medical professionals called it “Neuralgia”.
Our autonomic nervous system is the part of our nervous
system that controls involuntary actions. Such as the beating of our heart and
widening or narrowing of our blood vessels.
When something goes wrong in this system it can cause
serious problems, including : Blood pressure problems, Heart problems, Trouble
with breathing and swallowing erectile dysfunction in men.

How Nerve Pain occurred :
Autonomic nervous system disorders can occur alone or as the
result of another disease, such as Parkinson’s disease, alcoholism and
diabetes. Problems can affect either part of the system, as in complete
regional pain syndromes, or all of the system. Some types are temporarily exist
but many worsen over time.
When they affect our breathing or heart function, these
disorders can be life threatening. Some autonomic nervous system disorders get
better when an underlying disease is treated. This problem cannot be cured
completely. But symptoms can be improved by continuous treatment.
i) Kidney Problem : When kidney does not work properly,
causes nerve pain. If kidney can not clears out the toxic from the body, it
affects nerve system.
ii) Diabetes can causes nerve damage throughout the body.
Most of the patient of diabetes suffer from various form of nerve pain.
iii) Infection can be caused of nerve pain, like Shinglu
(rash of chicken pox).
iv) Porphyria : Disorders in building up of certain
chemicals related to red blood cell protein causes nerve pain.
v) Cancer tumors may also pressure on nerves.
vi) Inflammation pressures the nerve. It causes pain.
vii) Nerve pain also comes from injury. It occurs due to
over use or unchanging posture for long time, or a blow or trauma of some kind
of fall or auto accident or even surgery.
Symptoms of Nerve Pain :
Nerve pain can not be differentiated from other types of
pain, but it has some specific characteristics, It includes
i) The affected body
part does not work properly.
ii) Muscles in that area seems weak and stiff.
iii) Numbness and pain can be felt on that particular area.
iv) In sciatic pain, the pain follows the path of the
sciatic nerve from the back down into the legs.
v) The pain may causes a burning, stinging or tingling
sensation.
vi) The people can not move the affected area, because it
causes pain.
vii) The area may be sensitive to touch.
Treatment of Nerve Pain :
Treatment depends on causes or how nerve pain occurred. It
can be cured sometimes. But sometimes it difficult to identify.
1. Vitamin-B :
Vitamin-B has that properties to facilitate proper nerve activity. Basically, vitamin B-6, B-12 do that work.
Now we have to know
which foods gives us these facilities. These foods are beefs, liver, chicken
(B-12 loaded foods) and pork, poultry
chicken or turkey, fish and bread (B-6 loaded foods).
Aloe Vera Plant is one of the only plant, sources of Vitamin B-12.
2. Vitamin C :
Vitamin C is also important for removing
nerve pain. Foods like broccoli, brussel sprout, cauliflower, green and red
peppers and spinach, and fruits like orange, lemon, grapefruits we can consume.
3. Vitamin E :
We have to consume vitamin E loaded foods
like sunflower, corn, soyabeans, nuts like almonds, peanuts, green leafy
vegetables like spinach and broccoli.
4. Vitamin D :
This vitamin can remove pain 50%. We can
consume fatty fish like tuna, mackerel, salmon, soya milk, cereals, beef liver,
cheese, egg yolks etc.
Exercise for Nerve Pain :
1. Start by lying on your back with your knees bent. Raise
your right leg and place your right ankle on your left thigh. Wrap your hands
around the back of your left thigh and pull it towards your body. Stay in this
position for at least 30 seconds. Repeat this step on each leg for the best
results.
2. For this one, you will remain on your back with your
knees bent and rest your arms along side your body. Raise your both legs a
little bit of the ground and keep lifting for 30 seconds. Then lowering them.
Repeat this step 5 times.

3. Start the exercise by sitting on the floor by holding
your bent legs in front of you. Leaning on your left leg, move your right leg
over your left thigh with your leg still bent. Straighten your right arm and
lower it to the floor. Bend your left arm at the elbow and place it on your
right knee. Complete this posture by twisting head to the right. Hold this
position for 30 seconds. Repeat the same thing in left side.
4. Just sit on a chair and place the right ankle above left
leg. Then carefully lean forward while keeping your back straight. Hold this
pose for 10 breaths and go back to this exercise 5 times for each leg.
5. You have to place right foot on an elevated surface like
chair or tool. Keep your leg straight. Gently touch the feet with your right
hand and try to be close to your feet until you feel a resistance in your
thigh. Hold this pose for 30 without lifting the thigh of the raised leg
higher. Then go back to the initial position. Repeat this exercise 1-2 times for
each leg.
Accu Pressure Point for Nerve Pain :
In our hand, middle finger and ring finger represents our
legs according to correspondence. We can get a channel between these two
fingers. So, now you have create pressure in this channel for removing lower
back pain.
You can create pressure in red spot of index figure, which
is marked at the picture.
You can take any cream and massage well your two fingers
(ring and middle finger) before sleep at night.
This massage will help you to remove your nerve pain.

We all know nerve pain is so common nowadays. Most of the
people started facing this issue easily. From the above we get to know that,
this issue sometimes can be cured or
sometimes not.
For that, we need to take care of our body properly. As a
