Saunf mainly known as "Mouri". 
We all know about it. It's a component of kitchen. We mainly use it in many vegetable, chatni etc.
Saunf has many health benefits too :
1. If you have smell of mouth, then you should consume saunf daily. 
Make a mouth wash with warm water and saunf. Use it daily for smelling. You will get the result.
2. If you consumed heavily or if you have problem in digesydig. Then, saunf is your best choice.
