In our day to day life, we all want to be happy. Actually we always find happiness in everywhere. Whatever we do, we want happiness as a result. In our relation, working field and everywhere we find happiness. That means we find happiness always in outside. Do we ever think, we can find happiness in our inside too.
So my beautiful friends, stay with me to know how to be happy all time.

5 steps to be happy all time :


1. Contentment/Satisfaction

This is the only one solution to be happy. If you have, all things what are basically required in our daily life. Even after you are not still happy. Then you are in the right place friend, to know how to be happy. So the subheading is contentment/satisfaction, right?
Yes this is the matter by which you can stay happy all time.
If you are thinking what you don’t have or thinking about some people who makes you irritated, then you can not to be happy.
Instead of this, think about what you have and person makes you laugh, takes care and think about your responsibilities. In fact make a list what you have. Lets check out may be in your list.

i) Home

If you have a home, think how many people dreams about it. Because lakhs of people don’t have home in the world.
They just can imagines about it only. At night, even in natural disasters, You have at least a roof above your head to protect yourself from natural calamities. But lakhs of people takes shelter at the footpath, under bridges, in railway station or in temple too.
*A Global Survey, in 2005, showed that 1.6 billion people were homeless worldwide.
In country, India is number one.
So, having a home is the most satisfactory thing. Do not take your home as a big or small thing. Just stay happy where you are.

ii) Family

Being a member of my beautiful family, I considered that, family is our main support system. They take care about you, love you and support you in your way. Gives you the right direction in which you have to go. Protect you from many obstacles. When you loose your confident, then they make you understand and built you as a stronger person.These all things can give you, only your family.
Do we know, millions of people do not have family in the world. They do not have support system like you. There is no one to take care of them.
So, stay happy with family. Feel the love, care and support of your parents and siblings.

iii) Nature

The beautiful surroundings at your will home make you happy. Feel the beauty of the nature what you can see from your doors or windows. You can step out in your garden to observe the nature. Look how beautiful it is! Look at the greenery of trees, blue sky and white clouds.
The brightest sun and his sun rays how help the plant and animals to live.
Observe the pleasant look of the moon in the night, how she moves.
Visit your garden everyday, to make friendship with them and look how slowly they grow. Observe the blooming flowers, how they gradually grow. You can also take pictures of them to follow their growing.

iv) Job

If you do any job like Government or Private or any business, then you must be happy about that. Because lakhs of people do not have that opportunity to survive normally and can take responsibilities of others. They can only imagine about it. If you are not happy about your boss’s rude behave or by salary or by criticism of colleague, then forget about those matters. How much you think about those matters, they will more heavy on you day by day. So, do not think much and stay happy that you have at least a job to survive properly. Even you are taking responsibilities of your family.
*A survey shows that, around 188 million people are unemployed. In addition, 165 million people do not have enough paid work and 120 million people gives up work searching.
I hope this survey will make you understand how is your job important to you and your family. So, stay happy all time what you have.

2. Meditation

People are full of stress, more like to watch comedy videos for laughing. Actually, They find happiness here and there. If you are one of them, then start meditation daily for 10 minutes. After that, you do not need to watch any comedy videos for laughing.
Meditation is a process that helps you to change your life literally. It helps in binding the connection between conscious and subconscious mind. Only 8 weeks of meditation can change your brain size. It directly affects your mind and health. In this way, bad part (stress, fear, tension) of the brain shrinks and good part (confident, kindness, positivity)  of the brain increases. Daily meditation decreases 70-80% stress. In this way, meditation gives you a happy full life. So, start meditation from now.

3. Self Love

Most of the people can not to be happy, because of self-hatred. They always think that ‘they are not good enough’ in their field. They are sad by their lessons, skills, colour, height etc.
I would like to suggest them, think always “I am good enough” to create a loving, joyous, prosperous and healthy life.

4. Accept Everyone

We are always busy to judge everyone. We can not accept everyone as they are. Being unable to accept people, makes us irritated. Because of their different thought process, behavior, culture and choices.
We know that, The world is full of diversity. Diversity is everywhere like in nature, culture, behavior and thought processes. If we are behaving like same, then it feels bore. So, accept that everyone is different that’s why the world is beautiful. Because of diversity, emotions also exist.
So, stay happy all time with the people surrounded by you.
Do not feel resent by the behavior of someone, it directly affects your health.

5. Relationship

Harvard University did a research on this particular topic that is  how to be happy. The research was going on for 75 years. The university tracked some people from their age of 15. After 75 years, they came into a decision that a good relationship is the reason to be happy.
So, now we have to focus on this result.
Relation is like living thing not a dead object. It survives and it demands care and love. You can not avoid it. You have to take care of it regularly like a plant.
Like your partner, demands care, love, importance and attention from you. So, you have to careful about it.
Another thing that makes a relationship good is understanding between two partners. So, stay happy in your relation.
