Nowadays, the whole world is going through a serious problem, causing by Corona Virus. We all are aware of this condition. The whole world is afraid of this unknown circumstances. We all have a one word in mind, that is Corona Virus, also called COVID-19. Means, CO- Corona, VI-Virus, D- Disease and this virus has come out in 2019. So, we called it COVID-19.
My beautiful friends, do not need to be afraid. Because, I have some suggestion for you that will help you to protect yourself from such viruses and bacteria in natural way.
First of all, I hope you all are fine and taking care yourself and your family. We all are in lock down condition.
Are you feeling bore at your home?
If no, then you are unlocking yourself in this lock down period and taking care yourself and your family. And your answer is yes, then you forgot about those busy days when you had no time for yourself and your family.
Think about those people who are living away from their family. But they did not reach at their home till now.
In many news, we watched that, some people in India, are reaching their home by walking or by cycle, crossed 1200 km, with hungry.
They are struggling to reach their home.
Hope, this will reduce your boringness.

Apart from this, we all know, what to do or what not to do for staying safe. So, I will not run in this way.
The Government, media, social networks are always updating us with certain news about the situation, what is going on.
But, my lovely friends, I want to suggest few things that will protect yourself from virus and bacteria in natural way.

First of all, I will discuss about immunity system. Because that is the most important matter for our body. It helps to fight with viruses and bacteria. If we have low immunity, then we can easily affected by such viruses and bacteria. But, if we have strong immunity power, then we can fight with any virus or bacteria.
So, we have to strong our immunity power naturally.

We can boost our immunity system in many ways. So, Lets start.

1. Foods that boost immune system :

i) Papaya : This fruit is loaded with vitamin C. It contain “Papain”, potassium, Vitamin B, Folate, Vitamin A and anti oxidants. All these ingredients make papaya a great fruit to boost our immunity system.

ii) Garlic : Garlic is widely used for adding extra flavor to the food. But, it is another immunity booster superstar for our body. It is used to treat common cold, flu. Raw garlic is the best for health.

iii) Broccoli : This veggie is super charged with vitamins and minerals. It is packed with Vitamin A, C, E and anti oxidants. It is the healthiest vegetable that we can consume in daily basis. Rich level of Vitamin C in broccoli helps to grow immune power. It contains Beta carotene and anti oxidants which make it more useful for immunity power.


iv) Ginger : The properties in ginger helps to treat sore throat, joint pains, flu and cold. Also decreases nausea. It is well known for enhancing immune function. It contains abundant nutrients. Drinking ginger water every day makes it easy to take nutrients to improve immune responses.

v) Spinach : It is a very nutrious food. It is low in calories yet very high in vitamins, minerals and other phytonutrients. This green veggie is an excellent source of Vitamin K, A, C, B2, B6, Magnesium, Folate, Manganese, Iron, Calcium and Potassium. It is a good source of protein. This veggie is loaded with flavonoids which act as an anti oxidant, protecting the body from free radicals. The various nutrients in it protects the body from diseases. In this way, spinach helps us in immunity function.

vi) Citrus Fruits :

 * Lemon is one of the citrus fruit, contain citric acid. Lemon is high in Vitamin C and contain anti oxidants which help to boost immune system.

* Orange is an another citrus fruit which is also high in Vitamin C. This fruit strengthen our immune system and allows the body to fight diseases and infections. Orange juice is a power house of essential nutrients that the body needs for overall health.

vii) Red Bell Peper : This is the most nutrious and a versatile vegetable. Bind with Vitamin C that helps to fight with bacteria and infections. So in this way Red Bell Peper helps us in boosting immunity power.

viii) Apple : Apple is a fruit that is packed with many important nutrients like Vitamin C (antioxidant), B-Complex vitamins, Phytonutrients, Calcium, Fiber, Potassium and Phosphorus. Being rich in Vitamin C, helps to boost immune system.


Immunity Booster Drinks :

I want to suggest you all about some immunity booster drinks, that will help you from infections and protect you from various diseases.

i) Turmeric Ginger Tea :

Ingredients : Turmeric powder, Ginger, Black peper, cinnamon powder, Jaggery powder, Lemon and Water.
Process : Take 2 glasses of water, add ½ table spoon of turmeric powder. Then peel the skin of ginger and crushed it. Then add 1 table spoon of crushed ginger in the water. Crushed the black peper and add into water. Then crush cinnamon and jaggery, then take 1 table spoon of both. Mix the all ingredients well. Boil it for 5 minutes. Let it cool down. Then strain it with a strainer and squeeze ½ lemon. Ready to serve the drink.

ii) Turmeric Milk :

Ingredients : Milk, Turmeric powder, Black Peper, Cinnamon Powder, Ginger, Coconut oil, Honey.
Process : Take 2 cups of milk, 3/4 th table spoon of turmeric power, ½ table spoon of black peper, Crushed cinnamon ½ inch, 1 inch grated ginger, 1 table spoon of coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients well and heat in low flame. After occurring golden colour, let it cool down then add 1 table spoon of honey (optional). Ready to serve.

iii) Green Tea : It is packed with flavonoids which are one type of anti oxidants. It contains EPI gallocatechin, gallate and IEGCGI, which are also anti oxidants. These properties enhance immunity function. It proves that Green Tea is the best medicinal property.

iv) Ginger Cardamon Tea :

Ingredients : Ginger, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Tea powder, sugar and water.

Process : Take 2 cups of water, 1 inch grated ginger, 2 pods of cardamom, 2 pieces of cinnamon. Mix the all ingredients and boil it for 5 minutes. Add 3 table spoon of tea powder, ½ cup of milk, 2 table spoon of sugar and stir well. Boil it for 2 minutes. This is a very strong tea.

v) Almond and Milk powder mix :

Ingredients : Almonds, cardamom, saffron, milk powder, turmeric, raw milk and sugar.

Process : Take half cup of almond and roast it in low flame. When it occurred a golden colour and crispy form, let it cool down completely.
Take 2 pods of cardamom and 1/4th  table spoon of saffron. Then blend three ingredients, still fine powder. Now ready our almond powder.
Take half cup of milk powder, 1/4th table spoon of turmeric powder, 1/4th table spoon of saffron and then mix well.
Then take 2 cups of raw milk, add 2 table spoon of almond powder mixture and milk powder mixture. Combined well. Add sugar if required. Boil this mixture for 1 minute and stir.
This drink is very tasty and healthy for our body.

vi) Carrot Ginger Soup :

Ingredients : olive oil, ginger, onion, carrot, water, black peper, and salt.

Process : Take a cookware and add 2 table spoon of olive oil. Take 2 inch of ginger and chopped it finely. Then add into olive oil. On the flame and stir it still aromatic.
Sliced the ½ onion and put into cookware and let it soften slightly.
Then chopped the 3 carrots and sauted for 2 minutes. Let it turn aromatic.
Then add 2.5 cups of water, ½ table spoon of salt and stir well. Boil it till 3 whistles in pressure cooker. Then drain off and cool completely. Take it into the blender and blend it well. Make a smooth paste.
Then take a cookware in the oven and put all the paste in it. And add rest of the water in it. Stir and boil it. Add ½ table spoon of mixed herbs, ½ table spoon of black peper and ¼ th table spoon of salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Ready our soup to serve with mint leaves.

Yoga for boosting immunity:

Regular practicing Yoga, reduces needless worries. Yoga produces hormones that relaxed our body system. When we relaxed we are more stronger to fight with bacteria and viruses.
There are some Yoga positions that are helpful for boosting immunity system. These positions are, “Yogmudrasan”, “Padmasana”, “Sarvangasana”, “Anulom-Bilom”, “Kapalbhati”.

Habits that damage your immunity power :

i) Late sleep : Being a nightowl affect your immunity power badly. If you are watching TV, working lately in the night that will harm your body protection system. Then you get poor immunity and it means you will easily affected by common cold and cough, flu and any other infections.

Late night sleep directly affect your immune system in this condition, cytokines are reduced that is harmful for your body.

ii) Excessive Sugar intake : If you are drinking or eating some foods loaded with sugar, then you can suffer from low immunity. Alternatively, we can consume orange, apple, mango and water melon which have natural sweet taste. They can fill our sugar taste naturally without any harm.


iii) Excessive consumption of Alcohol : The benefits of a glass of wine contribute cardio vascular health. But excessive consumption of alcohol harm our body function. Not all alcoholic beverages have same benefits like wine. Because they contain high level of alcohol that directly damage our immune system.


iv) Smoking : We may consider alcoholic beverages, but we cannot consider smoking at all. Cigarettes contain more than 250 highly toxic substances, they are considered as poisons. These are ammonia, arsenic, nicotine, toluene. Human body cannot digest those harmful toxic. In this way they are lowering immune system.


v) Drink too much coffee :  If you are fond of coffee then you have to change your habit immediately. Because coffee or caffeine beverages are not good for immunity system. These increase stress level in body, high stress level causes release of stress hormones like cortisol, this hormone causes more infection. So just limit your coffee habit 1 or 2 cups in a day. That will be benefited for your body.


vi) Eating Junk food : Eating junk food in excessive affect your immune system. These are high in saturated fat, can harm immune system. High fat diet damages immunity power even before signs of obesity developed. Choose healthy food instead of junk food.


vii) In adequate intake of water : Human body is made by 75% of water. If we do not drink enough water, then it definitely affect immune system. Proper hydration is essential for building a strong immune system. A healthy person should drink 8 to 10 glass of water in a day. A study shows that, water is more important for immunity than food.


viii) Sedentary Life style : Lack of physical activities affect your immune system. So, we should engage with more physical activities like sports, gym, gymnastic etc. Exercises reduces stress, that increases production of anti bodies. Regular exercises reduces bacterial growth on our body surfaces.

ix) Excessive Exercises : Our body have a limit. If we workout hardly more than 90 minutes, that is harmful for body. Then immune system stops work correctly. That is more prone illness.

x) Poor Social Relations : Poor social relationship indirectly affect our immune function. Those people goes through a poor connection with society, they basically occur infections and pre mature death.
