Get Relief From Period Pain :

serious issue in Woman Life associated with Period. That is periodical pain and
cramps. This critical situation comes periodically in woman life. We all know
the reason why it happened with all of woman. But those 3 to 5 days are so
irritated for us. Because on that time many physical changes occur into our
body. These days come with a lot of pain, irritations, lot of obstacles.
So my lovely friends, I am here to reduce your all problems
during period.
Being a woman, I also faced that all problems in my life
too. But after knowing the all solutions for pain and cramps, I feel not bad
during those days.
So, Lets start the discussion about this important matter.

Reason :
Cramps are caused
because of an excess of prostaglandins a
hormone created in our body. That causes our uterus to squeeze or contract and
then ultimately shedits lining.
So, our cramps are actually just contractions in our uterus.
1. Foods that reduce period pain :
i) Banana :
Banana has property like magnesium, potassium, fiber. That
helps us in reducing periodical pain instantly. It also works on irritating
mood.
ii) Chocolate : It has potassium, fiber, magnesium and iron that gives us instant energy. Make us feel relief from such irritation.

iii) Chamomile Tea : It is extremely soothing for your entire body and will help your contractions muscles to relax. It also acts as a natural sedative. So it will help you get some sleep through the pain.
iv) Fenugreek : It has pain relieving properties and also relieves water retention and bloating.
Soak 2 teaspoons of the seeds in one glass of water
overnight and drink it to reduce cramping.
v) Ginger : It has anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties that could definitely help reduce your cramp.
Take 1/8 teaspoon of ginger powder three times for the first
2 to 3 days of your period to experience the benefits.

Take warm water to
reduce pain on those days. Instead of these, consume seed and nuts, green
leafy, eggs, milk and curd and vitamin and protein riches foods.
Massage For Period Pain :
i) Sesame Oil :
This oil is rich in linoleic acid
that has been traditionally used for ages in ayurveda for pain relieving
massage. Use it to massage your lower
abdomen when ever you experience it.
ii) Soothing Essential Oil : Use this oil to massage your abdomen part is also extremely helpful. Mix 2 tablespoon of coconut oil, 3 drops of lavender oil, 3 drops of papermint oil. The coconut oil acts as a carrier to allow for safe application of the essential oil’s.
Lavender oil soothes and relaxes and the menthol in the
peppermint oil numbs and pain reduces.
Yoga for Period Pain :
i) Reclined Bound Angle Pose/Supta Baddha Konasana :
Benefits :
a) This pose helps in lower back pain and cramps.
b) It also works on uterus and gives us relief from pain.
Process : Put a pillow on your back and lie down
above the bed. Bend your leg and spread the knees with touching the feet with
each other like a butter fly. Place your hands on your belly and close your
eyes. Stay at this pose around a minute.
Then slowly relax and release the legs.
ii) Seated Angle Stretch/Upavistha Konasana :
Benefits :
a) This pose stretches the reproductive region.
b) Also release the pain.
Process :
Seat up on your seat bones and lets your leg open. Start
walking slowly with your hand in front of the floor lowering the upper body. If
possible try to hold your toes with your fingers. Otherwise stay up at this
position wherever you comfortable. Hold on this pose for 5 to 7 breaths.
iii) Happy Baby Pose/Bala Kridasana :
Benefits :
a) This pose is amazing for opening up the hip and pelvic
floor.
b) This pose gives a good activation to the abdominal
organs.
c) Relaxes muscles contraction.
Process :
Lie down on your back and lift the legs of the floor and
bend the knees towards arm feet. Put your both hands on the feet. Stay at this
pose for 8 to 9 breaths. Then slowly release.
iv) Fish Pose/Matsyasana
Benefits :
a) This pose eases out lower back pain and cramps.
b) Helps remove the stiffness of heaps.
Process :
Cross your leg and lie down on your back, placing the elbows
on the floor and place your palm on the thy. Touch the crown of the head on the
floor. Stay at this pose for 5 to 7 breaths. Slowly release your head and come
up and then release the legs.
v) Sleeping Bishun’s Pose/Anantasana :
Benefits :
a) Opens up the pelvic floor and hips.
b) It helps in balancing menstrual disorders.
Process :
Lie down on the left side of the body and place your left
hand above your ear. Lift the right leg up and grab the toe. Then stretch the
leg up and strengthen the knee. Stay at this position for 5 to 7 breaths and
repeat on other side.
Accu pressure For Period pain :
This method is the most easiest way to remove pain instantly.
Here are ponts, in our body that cure our pain during period. Follow the images
to practice these. On these point, we have to press for at least 1 minute.
