Eucalyptus and its benefits to human


Eucalyptus has a distinctive aroma that makes many people so familiar with the smell. The most common type of eucalyptus, known as the "Blue gum tree".
The leaves and oil of eucalyptus tree are usually used for medicinal purpose. Even it is used in cleanser and freshener.



Eucalyptus can be found in several forms.
Leaves : we can find eucalyptus leaves in both fresh and dry forms. Eucalyptus leaves are used as an air freshener and in medicinal tea.
Oil : In this form, eucalyptus is added to cough and cold medicines, dental products, antiseptic and is used directly to treat fever. Oil is also used in industrial mining operations and as aromatherapy.
Ointment : Applied directly to the skin as a pain reliever due to inspect bites or relieve itching on the skin.
Spray : Some companies sell eucalyptus in the form of spray. Allowing it to be used topically in humans and pets.




For health : Eucalyptus leaves have great benefits for diabetes, although in the interim research results in fluctuating effects on blood sugar levels.
Respiratory diseases : Cough, runny nose, sore throat, asthma and nasal congestion can be relieved by the use of eucalyptus. These can be relieved by eucalyptus oil or ointment to the chest.
Muscle and joint pain : Tubbing oil from the leaves into the muscles and joints has been known to temporarily relieve pain.
Reducing fever : A small amount of the oil taken internally may temporarily reduce a fever.
Stimulation and stress reliever : Eucalyptus leaves and oil provide an aroma that can be use ful in dealing with stress and fatigue.
Dental care : Eucalyptus oils may be found in mouthwashes and toothpastes because it's a natural bacteria fighter.
Note : It should not be used by people who have high blood pressure, kidney, stomach or liver issues, diabetes, pregnant women or breast-feeding women without a doctor's advice.
